It also causes instant inflammation of the breathing tube tissues, which cuts off all but life-support breathing. Pepper spray will stop any attacker of any size, shape, or strength. It will allow you to escape, or at least take control of the situation.
There are many advantages of using pepper spray over other self defensive means. First of all, pepper spray will not go bad, expire, or deteriorate with age like tear gas. It is simple to use and very inexpensive to purchase. It is always effective and quite safe to handle and carry with you at all times. It is also environmentally friendly.
Pepper spray is available in many styles. Many women like to have pepper spray that looks like something else such as: Pepper spray disguised as a ring, lipstick, a writing pen, a pager, and many others. You can also purchase pepper spray that comes in a small canister. These can be carried on a key chain, clipped on to your belt, or in a holster. These canisters of pepper spray come in containers as small as 4 ounces and as large as 15 ounces!
It is hard being a woman. You never know what can happen. But if you have pepper spray with you at all times, you know you will feel a bit safer. You don't want to turn into a statistic, so carry some pepper spray. It will give you some peace.
